So happy to have front end repaired, but unfortunately the paperwork to have the warranty work also repaired got hung up. Grateful to have my T@b back but disappointed that I’ll have to wait for the parts to be ordered and shipped and then it will have to go back once again to General RV in Wayland, Michigan. Ever the optimist I’m reminding myself that my travel plans are not being messed up and I’m very happy with the quality of the workmanship she received at General RV.
They found that the damage was more severe than first thought. The cover for the propane tank had received damage from the sheet metal and when it was pulled for repair, they found that there was more damage to the front end hidden behind the cover. My insurance company stepped up to cover the extra costs and my T@B looks good as new. I was also relieved that the structure of the T@B was not compromised and that the puncture did not damage anything inside.
She’s looking good and I’m happy to have her back for the time being!
