A leap of faith and a bit of trust were involved in my decision to let my 6 year old grand-daughter shop for me. She loves clothes and colors and loves to choose the clothes that her mother wears. She and I went out shopping together and I allowed her to outfit me. I told her that she could choose one outfit. She could choose something dressy, or something casual. She decided to select a hiking outfit for me. She said that she was envisioning a green vest. We found this green vest in the first shop that we visited and then she selected 2 shirts and 3 pair of pants. I tried everything on and we selected the best shirt and the best pants to go with the vest. And so I’m ready to head out hiking in style. (photo compliments of same 6 year old grand-daughter)
After 25 years of providing computer support to others, I decided to run away! I sold my home, purchased a small teardrop camper, and set out to explore the world. As I prepared to head into my journey, I discovered many folks cheering me on, eager to follow my travels, and asking me to share my adventures along the way. This blog is the result of those promises. I hope you’ll enjoy following along. If you want to contact me: firstname.lastname@example.org
So here I go – Into the Journey!
